These terms govern your use of naturepresents.in and any purchase you make from Nature Presents. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a legally binding contract to buy from us. By placing an order you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and your own.
Products & representation
We sell graded single-origin spices, 100% pure essential oils and single-origin coffee. Being natural products, colour, aroma and appearance can vary slightly from batch to batch, and product images are for representation only.
Essential-oil safety
Our essential oils are highly concentrated and intended for aromatherapy and external use, diluted in a suitable carrier. They are not food and are not medical advice. Keep them away from children and pets, patch-test before use on skin, and consult a professional if you are pregnant or have a medical condition.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only once payment succeeds. We may decline or cancel an order — for example a pricing error, suspected fraud, or an item being out of stock — and where payment was taken, we refund it in full.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST. Prices and offers may change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Cashfree; we do not store your card or bank details.
Shipping & delivery
We ship across India through Shiprocket courier partners. Shipping is free on orders over ₹999; below that, our standard slab rate applies. Delivery timelines are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Returns & refunds
Because these are food and aromatic products handled for freshness and hygiene, opened packs cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, wrong or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Cashfree within 5–7 business days. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — the Nature Presents name and logo, images, text and product descriptions — belongs to Nature Presents and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. You are responsible for checking a product's suitability for your needs, including any allergies, dietary requirements or skin sensitivities.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
