Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Food safety
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened spice and oil packs cannot be returned unless they were defective on arrival.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Cashfree within 5–7 business days.
